I hope everyone is having a great summer and staying cool! It was great seeing many of you at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
I am writing to share the minutes from the annual meeting and some additional documents for your review. Attached you will find:

There are a couple of notes from the minutes I would like to highlight:
1) The walkway to the swim area on the docks has kayak cleats installed on it that can be rented for $100 per cleat per season. Please email the Board if you want to rent one for the season. The rented cleats will be assigned to each renter for the season. Members may not use cleats they have not rented and been assigned to.
2) The committees are listed below. All committee meetings are held on Zoom throughout the year. Please let the Board know if you would like to join one of them but were not present at the meeting or did not sign up for it.
