View & Update Member Information

At our 6/5/26 HOA meeting, some members requested access to contact information for other HOA members. This post outlines:

• how to access this information from those who shared it, and

• how to add or edit your own information.

Accessing Existing Member Details

1. On our web site, click the More menu item:

2. Select Members.

   

3. You will see a list of all members who registered to the web site.

   

4. From here, click on any member to view the information they shared.

Add/Edit Member Details

1. Follow the instructions above to access the Members area, and then click your own Member tile.

2. This will call up your current shared information.

   

   3. Click Edit Profile to make changes.

   

   
   

   4. Here you can edit your details, including contact information, family information, and upload pictures. You can also modify your log-on email, password, and privacy settings.

   

5. Click Update Info to commit your changes, or Discard to revert to the last saved state.

You can only edit or add to your own member details tile.

We encourage everyone to share as much information as they're comfortable with. The more detail, the easier it is to connect, lend a hand, and build a stronger sense of community. It also creates a helpful directory for those times when neighbors need to get in touch.

Your privacy is important to us. Only registered members of the Birches HOA community can access these pages — they are not available to the general public or searchable on the Internet.

We believe this shared directory will make our community even more connected and enjoyable. That said, you're always in control of your information. Share only what you're comfortable with, and feel free to add, update, or remove your details at any time.
